The $75 evaluation: the honest starting point
If you've just bought a house, inherited a mystery system, or have a nagging feeling your sprinklers aren't doing their job, the evaluation is where to start. We run every zone, check every head, test the valves and controller, and look at coverage the way a lawn sees it. You walk the system with us if you want — we'd rather show you than tell you.
You get a written estimate with flat-rate prices for anything that needs attention, and your timer programmed correctly for the current season before we leave. If everything checks out, that's exactly what we'll say.
