The fastest way to get a problem handled — we diagnose and repair the same day. The $125 is a minimum fee to diagnose your system, and it works like this:
- $62.50Covers the first 30 minutes — we pinpoint the issue by testing and process of elimination.
- $125If it takes longer than 30 minutes to diagnose, the full fee applies — always before any repairs start.
From there it's flat-rate pricing on the repair, which you approve before we begin.

A full system evaluation is $75 and includes a complete inspection, written estimate, and seasonal timer programming. If you already know what's wrong, our same-day service visit is a flat $125 that covers diagnosis, then flat-rate pricing on the repair.
Head repairs are inexpensive, flat-rate items: a pop-up spray head runs from $25 (up to $40 for a 12″ or rotor head) and a worn nozzle is just $9 — on top of the $125 same-day service visit that covers the diagnosis. We always show you what's wrong before we replace anything. See our full price list for every posted rate.
The $125 same-day visit is for when something's broken and you want it fixed now — it covers the diagnosis, then flat-rate pricing on the repair.
