This is a tale of two companies.
I was not happy with the technicians at all. The lead tech jumped to conclusions without doing a full system review, changed out parts unnecessarily and was difficult to deal with as he knew all the answers.
The owner, Chris, however was extraordinary. I texted him with my concerns. He came out with the techs a few days later, agreed with assessment and adjusted the bill to remove the unnecessary costs.
That sort of honesty and commitment to customer service is very rare. Buyers must always be aware of what work is being done but to have the owner step in like this surprised me.
I’m confident Chris will be making some changes, at least through training. I would recommend the company.
